Odostrada is a documentation tool. It is NOT tax advice. You are responsible for ensuring logs meet tax authority requirements for contemporaneous record-keeping.
2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS. Because this is a local-only app, if your device is lost or damaged, we cannot recover your data. You are responsible for regular exports.
3. ACCURACY
OCR technology can fail. Users must verify every odometer reading. The Company is not responsible for errors in mileage calculation or rejected tax deductions.
